Suzanne Durrell is to participate in the 2012 Bench and Bar Conference, Changing Landscapes in Law--Legal Practice and Beyond, hosted by the Honorable Nathaniel Gorton and former Assistant U.S. Attorney Josh Levy. Her panel will be discussing trends in health care fraud enforcement. Also participating in this panel is the Honorable Carmen Ortiz, U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Bob Ullmann from Nutter, John Griffin from Covidien, and Nathaniel Yeager on behalf of the Department of Justice.

American Bar Association's Ninth National Institute on the Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam Enforcement, June 6-8, 2012, Ritz Carlton, Washington, DC

Bob Thomas and Suzanne Durrell are panelists at this year's ABA National Institute on the Civil False Claims Act & Qui Tam Enforcement, which will be held June 6-8, 2012, at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Suzanne is participating in a panel discussion covering the "Investigation of a False Claims Act Case." She will be speaking specifically on the Relator's role in False Claims Act investigations.

Bob's panel will be examining the components of "Settlement of an FCA Healthcare Case." Bob will address the many complexities which arise in negotiations and final settlement of these intricate, multi-party False Claims Act cases.
